1.5 lbs of a good cut prefferably tenderloin
cut into 1 inch pieces,
pound thin,like wafers!!
coat both sides well with parm cheese.
saute lightly in olive oil,add 1 cup beef broth.
1/2 teaspoon margoram,1/2 tsp of garlic,salt and peppar.
make a roux,add while simmering till very tendar,a light gravy u want!!
serve with zuccini,summer or asparagus serve over thin sliced buttermilk bicuits!! enjoy duane 2015
